Literally no stuttering, no crocodile tears, no blaming anyone else, no excuses. This is exactly how you make an apology. Thank you for being mature and kind. You are amazing and we still love you SOOO much!!

This is an apology. THIS is maturity. And as someone who isn’t a Miranda fan, I can honestly say I have SO MUCH respect for Colleen. This is gutsy and we need more of it in the world. Also, 14 years guys? Really? I was an IDIOT 14 years ago. The important thing is learning from mistakes and growing, she has clearly done that.

Yes, this is how you apologize. No crying and she’s admitting her wrong without bringing others in it. I love this!

14 years ago, racist slurs and stereotypes were considered okay. You could say the most racist or homophobic thing ever and no one would ever correct you. That is obviously not the case in 2020, time as passed and people have changed. those people have learned their errors like Colleen here and so forgive them. They’ve reflected

no tears. no changing the topic. no stutters. no overly-expressed emotions. no calls for sympathy. no dragging of the person's name. no blame-passing. no glossing over what actually happened.

She had the best youtube apology. She honestly admitted to her wrong doings and her apology was very sincere. We all make mistakes and if you guys want to cancel her then we all need to be canceled.

i’m not a huge fan of hers, i never really watched any of her videos, but this is probably one of the best apologize videos i ever seen. she’s not playing victim, not crying, but just genuinely apologizing for her actions

This is just sad. It’s why Youtubers etc don’t interact with their fans as much as they used to, everything gets twisted, full stories aren’t told and people want their few minutes of fame and will go to lengths, even as far as ‘cancelling’ people, to do so.
